How to Add Credit Card Account to Bdo Online Banking
No need to wait for your credit card's monthly Statement of Account, you can now enroll your BDO Credit Card in BDO Online Banking to view details and review your outstanding balance of your credit card. Once your credit card enrollment has been approved, the details will be available to view in your BDO Online Banking account as well as in BDO Mobile Banking.
To enroll your existing BDO Credit Card in your BDO Online Banking account, here is the 6-easy step quick guide to follow:
1 Open the official BDO website, https://online.bdo.com.ph/.In the login menu, enter your User ID and Password. Then, click the Login button to open your account.
Note: For security reasons, do not give or provide your username and password to anyone.

2After a successful login, in the left menu bar, select the Enrollment tab, and click theOwn Account. Then, press the Enroll tab.
3 To enroll your BDO Credit Card, enter the following details:
- Currency – Philippine Peso
- Account Type – Credit Card (PHP)
- Account Number – this is the 16-digit number on the front of your credit card
- CVV – this is the 3-digit number at the back of your credit card (use the provided online keyboard to type the digits for security purposes)
- Preferred Nickname
Double check the information you have entered, then click the Submit button.
4 A reference number will be generated for your request. You will also receive the details of your request in your registered email address.
5 You will receive a separate email once your account enrollment has been approved.
6 Login to your BDO Online Banking account again. On the home page, there will be a new section for your BDO Credit Card details. You can also view this from the left menu, just select My Account and click Accounts.
If you press the arrow button under the Actions tab, a pop-up menu will appear:
- Pay this Credit Card – it will be directed to the Bills Payment page
- View My Account Details – it will be directed to the account details page of your credit card
- View My Statement of Account – it will show the statement of account of your credit card
- Pay My Bills – it will be directed to the Charge on-demand page
A new navigation menu will be available to browse the available features for your credit card:
- Statement of Account
- My Favorites
- Account Details
- Services
- Bills Payment
- Promos
If you have selected the Account Details, it will show the details of your credit card same as below.
If you have selected the Statement of Account (SOA), you will be asked to select which credit card you want to view and the period (date) of SOA you want to see. Then, click the Submit button and that specific SOA details will be displayed.
If you are enrolled to BDO Mobile Banking, once you have activated the credit card enrollment, details and SOA will be available also in your mobile banking.
